I’m not that familiar with how the whole air conditioning system works and I had 101 questions. Scott patiently answered all of them, which helps me make decisions about what to do going forward. For now my system is charged and my house is cool, and now I have time to work out a more permanent solution. Very satisfied - I have definitely found my HVAC people.

The predicted two day installation was accomplished in one day! Another crew showed up in the afternoon and they all finished everything up by early evening. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I recommend Watkins to anyone who needs to update their heating and air cooling concerns.

Very satisfied that tech was able to diagnose and replace fan motor in one call even though he had to go back to shop to get part and remove old fan. My son was not feeling well and was thrilled tech stayed until past 8pm to finish job and give him comfortable sleep.
