So So very pleased with Watkins from top to bottom! My AC went out the Friday of a holiday weekend and was able to get a service guy, Tony, out the next day. I had lost most of my refrigerant due to a leak. The system was 28 yrs old so I wanted an estimate on replacement. Tony scheduled me for est. the next day, Sunday of Labor Day weekend(!!) with Tim. I was given several options. After choosing, the A-1 team of Jameson, David & Kevin came out & had me going that day! They found some issues from previous install which they fixed & determined best install using 1 yr filter which they tossed in! Every person I talked to from office thru installation was professional, courteous, attentive to detail & answered all of my many questions. The cleanup & install was just amazing!! I would recommend Watkins to anyone!
