Michael performed my winter furnace maintenance today. All good. He knew my system and was so helpful. I’ve used Watkins for many years and will continue to do so.

Watkins has provided excellent customer service for our HVAC and tankless water heater systems for the past 10+ years. Our technician, Chris, performed the semi-annual maintenance visit and we was very professional, friendly, and respectful of our property. He fully explained the work that he did and offered suggestions for improvements without pressuring us to take action before talking it over with my spouse. We really appreciate Watkins to keep our systems running efficiently without issues! Thanks Chris!

Great service and key item is their integrity - excellent.

Disappointed I did not get a call back when placing the service call, as original person could not answer what Error code 067 was. That alone may have been able to save a trip. All in all, this is going to be about 1 hour's worth of work for roughly $300. I will be shopping for another authorized Trane service provider after this.

Eli was so nice and pleasant. Nice smile, he explained everything introduced himself, and then he got to work on the furnace. He replaced the filter, which was really bad, as I have a golden retriever who loves to lay in front of the register. I don't do Facebook or Google but I am very pleased with what Eli did, and he explained everything in a very professional manner

Brian is quick in identifying heating/cooling problems and their solutions with fast dependable service. He located the cause for poor heating and corrected it in short order. It turned out to be a clogged air filter due to recent house renovations.

Excellent professional service

I love the idea of a small business rather than on of the huge companies with the impersonal and possible shallow knowledge compete. Randy has a great team and I hope the Company can expand their service reach more into Hamilton County. Several years ago I referred Watkins to a friend in Springdale just West of Route 4 and was told that they are not allowed to offer service west of Route 4. Expanding is always adventuresome, but I do believe that with some advertising and word of moth, Hamilton County could be a lucrative market. Just my thoughts since we own two home here in Evendale and one in Springboro and I do have experience in sales and Marketing from my Engineering days at GE Aviation. Great job!!! Dick. .
