90 degree temps and Nicholas diagnosed, replaced a part and had our a.c. running in short time. What a pleasant and informative tech Nicholas is. He advised me on outdoor maintenance/cleaning of the compressor. He called to inform us that he was arriving even earlier, which made us very glad! Just wanted to give a shout out to Ryan and Doug for the very professional and helpful FULL replacement of our home's HVAC system. They were prompt, knowledgable, approachable, clean, courteous and simply put, VERY competent. After living and working in Germany where taxi drivers typically drive Mercedes, I observed that there is very sound logic in investing in a quality product that will last. I expected that from the equipment, but was very pleased that it extended to the installers themselves and the quality of THEIR work. Well done Ryan and Doug and well done Watkins.

My house has two HVAC units and this is my second time using Watkins to install my downstairs HVAC after it broke down. Ryan and Jacob did a great job with the installation, they were professional, courteous, clean, and quick to get it done! After installation the unit was not quite working properly as we noticed the day after, but Watkins came back out promptly and figured out the issue (easy fix, few DIP switches needed toggling on unit). Glad to have used their service again, and now with two great DAIKIN units installed, the house is very comfortable!

In and out within the hour. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it for far less than what I thought it would be (low hundreds). Very friendly and professional, would recommend!

Mr. Gardner came on time, he had his face covered and his shoes. he went about his work and was very quiet. He is a very pleasant young man.

Mr. Sexton is a great tech. He is very careful and keeps me updated on what he is doing and condition of my furnace and a/c.

I appreciate having a very nice polite technician. He seemed to be professional but that said, I was a little concerned that he needed to call a senior tech in how to replace the mother board. Once he left, I opened the utility closet, the instructions were on the floor in front of the furnace. Somewhat concerning that I have a gas furnace, the flame isn’t that far away. May not have been a problem but it concerned me. The tech was still outside so I told him about it , he took part and gave me the rest to keep for future reference should codes need to be looked up. Also, the thermostat was left on 75, way too high, should have returned to 70 or asked what I wanted it set on. Not trying to be too hard on the young man but , a couple of areas to improve on. I did turn the heat / air conditioning on to make sure it all worked after he left. Experience is the best teacher . I’ve used Watson for a long time and still plan to do so. Not sure how the mother board became broken but I’d like to thank Brad for covering the cost.

We called Watkins heating and air and they were on site within 24 hours, the technician was knowledge and polite. They got our furnace working again in one visit. It is great to have a company but you can rely on

Impressive team led by Kevin. They were diligent, polite, careful, and worked really hard (11 hours straight). They listened to our concerns, and took them seriously. The only thing we're not happy with was the use of rubber cement inside without opening windows, which made the house stink for the next 24 hours and gave us headaches.

Rafael and Brett showed up at 7:30 and worked all day installing my new air conditioner. When they were done, everything looked great and worked perfectly! Thanks guys!
