Ben communicated updates and was efficient with our maintenance visit.

Did not turn gas back on when he left our house. This resulted in calling Watkins again. We set thermostat at 70 and registered at 63. Tim came out and told us gas was not turned back on when Jacob left. Tim corrected and we now have heat.

Ryan Koenig is one of the best ever service technician from Watkins!

Tony was very friendly and made sure he put on the shoe protectors when in the house. He was efficient and completed the service in a timely manner. He arrive within the scheduled time frame and sent a notice when he was on his way.
