Ryan came out for a routine winter service including our tankless water heater. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and had enthusiasm for the work. Ryan also shared advice on filters to make sure I knew what to order for our humidifier and furnace giving advice on what to look for. Watkins has great people and Ryan was exemplary.
